Membership

Textron Aviation employees, retirees, and their immediate family members are eligible to be members of the TAEFC. Check out our New Member eligibility list below to see if you qualify to become a member!

New Member Eligibility

All Members:

  • Must be a Textron Aviation employee, retiree, or their immediate family member.

  • Must be a Textron Aviation employee, retiree, or their immediate family member.

  • Must live in the Wichita metropolitan area.

  • Must remain in good standing by timely payment of bills owed to the TAEFC and by complying with the Constitution and Bylaws of the TAEFC.

 

Employee Members:

  • Employee members must be a current employee of Textron Aviation or Textron and its subsidiaries.

  • Employees who had been an active Employee Member of the TAEFC before being transferred to another Textron facility are eligible to retain membership provided membership continues uninterrupted following the transfer.

 

Retired Members:

  • A retired employee is one who is eligible to receive retiree benefits at the time of separation from the company.

  • Must be a retired employee of Textron Aviation, Inc. (Cessna Aircraft Company, Beechcraft Corporation, Hawker Beechcraft, Raytheon Aircraft Corporation, Raytheon Corporate jets, Beechcraft (A Raytheon Company), Beechcraft Aerospace, or Beech Aircraft).

  • Must have been an active TAEFC member prior to and during retirement.

 

Family Members:

  • Family membership slots are limited in quantity by Federal law and not always available.  Please confirm eligibility below and then check with the club.

  • Must be an immediate member of a Textron Aviation employee's or retiree's family, and that employee or retiree must be (and remain) an active TAEFC member in good standing.

  • Family members who are eligible to join are limited to spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, grandson and granddaughter.

  • Spouses and dependents of employees are given first priority in allocation of the limited number of family memberships.

  • The root Textron Aviation employee or retiree member is financially responsible for the charges incurred by their family members.

  • Family members and retirees are not entitled to hold TAEFC office, serve on the Board of Directors, or vote on TAEFC business.

  • Proof of family relationship shall be established to the satisfaction of the Club Manager.
